Shipping policy
Aorangi Merchants/Bulldog Tools NZ only delivers Bulldog products within New Zealand.
Aorangi Merchants charges a standard fee of NZD$15.00 for all orders under NZD$300.00. This fee applies to standard courier deliveries to residential, commercial and rural addresses in New Zealand’s towns and cities with an expected transit time of 1 - 4 days, excluding bulky items where stated.
Orders over NZD$300.00 will not incur any freight fee.
Expected transit times for our standard courier service are as follows:
- South Island Towns & City Addresses: Overnight
- South Island Rural Addresses: 2 Days
- North Island Town or City Addresses: 2 - 3 Days
- North Island Rural Addresses: 3 - 4 Days
If you, as the purchaser, are unsure of whether any items ordered class as bulky items, you’re welcome to contact our customer service department for a freight estimate. For goods delivered outside the metro area to rural addresses, Aorangi Merchants will deliver direct to your door via selected courier companies. Goods shall be at the purchaser's risk from date of delivery.
